I maybe should re consider being a Plumber!

One of Britains most loved designers has been dropped by her main financial backers.
I was quite shocked to hear Luella Bartley declared herself as bankrupt today. Known for its idiosyncratic and humorous mix of punk details and party dresses, Luella is the label of choice for the streetwise British girl-about-town and is regularly worn by London gossip-page royalty Alexa Chung, Lily Allen and the Geldof sisters. The designer once described her look as "the kind of clothes you can get drunk and fall over in".

Lets just hope somebody throws enough cash at her to get her back in the game and her next collection pushed forward ...

Gareth Pugh!!!

For me Mr Pugh can do no wrong, I no he's not everyones cup of tea, but personally i love everything he does..... Thats one internship i wouldnt mind getting my hands on!
His latest collection shown just the other day in Paris is a complete contradiction from his earlier, harder more structured shows but still retaining his beautiful monochrome colour palette! The Garments were much softer looking but with really interesting cuts and seam structure. " Glamorous Doom"

Here's my favourites from the show!

Glasgow over an out (For just now)

Well 2 years of hard graft at college an far to many nights out in Glasgow has come to an end. On June 4th and 5th I exhibited my Final Collection at the Old Fruitmarket in the Merchant City. I was very proud of my collection on the runway, with compliments from stylescanner and a radio interview with CareersScotland, all in all it was a success. Above features my collection an items Garments from the Black and white Dress Project. I am actually really sad to say goodbye to Glasgow as by far its outshined anywhere i've ever lived. I leave with very good memorys and an even better social cirlcle =] but for now ...its onto a new chapter!
